Multi-Tenant ERP Platform for Event & Venue Management
  • Independently own the technical development of the platform end-to-end — architecture, technology decisions, frontend and backend development, third-party integrations, deployment, and production support.
  • Architected a configurable multi-tenant ERP combining venue management, booking, ticketing, CRM, payments, calendars, notifications, and analytics — currently live across 2 regions (Geneva, Odesa) with multi-language and multi-currency support.
  • Built a custom payment orchestration layer unifying 3 payment providers (Stripe, Worldline/SaferPay, and Fondy) through a single API, with dynamic routing, refunds, webhooks, reconciliation, and centralised transaction management.
  • Developed an event-driven backend with asynchronous processing, scheduled jobs, automated notifications, RBAC, audit logging, and automated physical access control through Unifi Access.
